Teaching Experience: 25 years: worked as Asstt./Associate Prof. and Head of the Department of Electronics Dayanand Post-graduate College, Hisar, affiliated College of Kurukshetra University from 11.10.1982 to 30.11.2007 (Govt. Aided College of Haryana). On lien from 5.7.2005 to 9.4.2006 worked as Director/Principal of Jind Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jind (Haryana).

Worked as lecturer in Physics, C R M Jat College, Hisar from 23.10.81 to March 82.

Administrative Experience:

Six and half years as Principal, Manohar Memorial Post-graduate College, Fatehabad (Haryana), affiliated College of C.D.L. University, Sirsa from November 30, 2007 (A.N.) to April 30, 2014. It was also a Govt. Aided College of Haryana.

Worked as Vice-Chancellor, Shri Jagdish Prasad Jhabermal Tibrewala Univeristy, Vidyanagri, Chudela Distt. Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) from May1. 2014 to December 12, 2015.


1. Honoured in a function organized by Pt. B.D. Sharma Health Science University, Rohtak and Haryana Blood Transfusion Council, Panchkula for organizing Blood Donation Camp in M M College, Fatehabad.

2. Honoured for extending his contribution in the field of Education to the community of this educationally backward region Fatehabad on May 26, 2012 in a function organized by Lions’ Club, Fatehabad.

3. Dainik Bhaskar Group conferred the certificate of Excellence for the recognition of hard work, thoughtfulness and devotion in teaching adjudged as best teacher on Teachers Ceremony held in September 2102 in Fatehabad.

4. District Administration, Fatehabad (Haryana) honoured Dr. D.K. Kaushik, Principal, Manohar Memorial Post-graduate College, Fatehabad for his outstanding contribution in the field of Education. The appreciation letter was presented by Shri Sat Pal Sangwan, Haryana Cooperation and Housing Minister, Govt. of Haryana and Dr. Saket Kumar, Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad on occasion of Independence Day celebration on Police lines, Fatehabad on August 15, 2013.

5. During my tenure as Principal, the college was conferred with the “Excellent Govt. Aided College using IT in Haryana” award on Feb.1, 2014 at G.J. University of Science and Technology, Hisar. It was awarded by Communication Multimedia and Infrastructure (CMAI) Association of India. It was really a big achievement of M M College, Fatehabad.

6. On-line admissions for all the classes were started in Manohar Memorial PG College, Fatehabad in the academic session 2013-14, which were very successful. This college was the only Academic College in Haryana, who took initiative for online admissions.

Publications: Published more than 40 research papers in journals of High repute.
